A mix of flavors that get lost individually but all together replicate a interesting banana split/ice cream flavor in a very sour beer. The heavily sour start threw me off at first but eventually does well to cut off the sweetness. There were a series of flavors from start to finish, sour at first, then fruit, then the marshmallow. Very interesting taste and a real standout.

There was also a lot of pulp/mix at the bottom of the can, moreso than I would usually expect for a fruited beer. Not a bad thing, and if anything it really emphasizes the flavor, but I'd say its required to pour the entirety into a glass to make sure its well distributed.

 

 

Pours out a dark pink color. Capped with a huge creamy off white head. Some chunks floating in it. Looks like vomit.

Smells like chocolate, and ice cream. Very sweet.

Tastes like a liquid ice cream sunday. Strawberry and chocolate hit upfront, with hints of banana. More like strawberry banana yogurt than ice cream on the palate, with chocolate chips. Marshmallow and vanilla are there but more of a generic creamy sewetness. Finishes still fairly tart, but very sweet overall.

Thick and creamy body, well carbonated.

A decent dessert sour, I guess.
