Pours motor oil black with a very small, faint dark brown head quickly retreating to a lace ring. Long legs.
Nose is caramel, coconut, pancakes, custard.
Taste is caramel custard, toasted coconut, pancakes, vanilla, and a touch of maple syrup.
Thick and luscious mouthfeel that lingers, leaving your mouth dry and sticky like you just ate a cinnamon bun.
Really like this, quintessential pastry stout in my mind.
