Cocktail-Inspired Imperial Sour Ale Conditioned with Passionfruit and Cranberry
Sometimes we want a little more, just a touch, maybe an extra dash or pinch, because we deserve it, because we want it, because we live this life in a fashion painted with pleasure and enjoyment. If you know us, you know we’re a real PASSIONATE bunch, and we know you animals are too.
So that’s why we wanted to go IMPERIAL with our new cocktail-inspired sour ale series, La Pasión de cocktails! Because honestly, sometimes in life you just have to do it for the Thrill of It All.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Ugly murky pink/brown pour. 2 fingers of scummy white head. Decent lacing.
S: Strong passionfruit. Tart lemon and citrus.
T.F: Tarter than sweet, but ample quantities of both. Loads of passionfruit. Lemon/citrus... cranberry comes in later. Vanilla and more citrus... thick and creamy mouthfeel. Smooth with the hint of a pucker. Medium bodied... ABV well hidden. More passionfruit to finish.
O: A sweet/tart passionfruit milkshake sour. Very enjoyable/fruity.
