Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Turbid dark maroon pour... opaque with loads of debris at the end of the pour. Two fingers of off-white head. Falls fast... solid lacing.
S: Tart and fruity. Raspberry and chocolate
T.F: Sweet/tart beer. Loads of raspberry... pomegranate, lemon, strawberry, and cocoa. Vanilla/cream... smooth and thick. More chocolate raspberry to finish.
O: A solid dessert sour. Sweet/tart and the cocoa and raspberry really come through. Good stuff.
