16 ounce can into a tulip snifter. Canned 6/4/21, had 7/13/21.
Pours a hazy yellow orange, with a one inch foamy head and light foamy lacing. Aromas of orange, peach, pine, some apricot, light malt, general citrus. Has a bit of a peppery smell. Similar flavors- orange, peach, malt, pine, grapefruit, light apricot, light hop bitterness on the finish. Also has a bit of a peppery flavor. Smooth, juicy, a good medium body, well carbonated.
Liked this one. A terrific hop blend, a sturdy malt backbone and something I can’t put my finger on that gives it a little twist in the aroma and flavor, that seems different and interesting. Very enjoyable.

My honest initial reaction was, "I'm not sure I'm ready for this." I wanted a big, first rate brew right now, and I got that, but this is really bigger than I was ready for, but I will take one for the team.
It pours very cloudy, brightish yellow and nice bubbles. The aroma is more of a stench, typical of huge hazy brews. It tastes gigantic. Thick with juicy hops and malts in huge numbers on top of a big boozy base.
Highly recommended. I was prepared to slam it for being over-priced at $6.42/16oz. can but nope, not gonna. Buy this whatever it costs. I liked this better than other Tripping Animals. I became ready for it quickly.

Poured a cloudy yellow body with decent head and lace around glass. Aroma is floral, juicy and even smells like dishsoap. Smooth, almost creamy, slightly sharp and boozy at times (less acidic), along with an odd vanilla or banana wafer sweetness with quasi-tropical fruit feel. Finishes clean with no bitterness and just a hint of booze.

Poured into a 13 oz Nordic pint glass canned 6/4/21. Pours a very hazy orange with a finger white head that leaves thin lines of lace with nice retention. 4.25
Aroma is guava, peach, mango, mandarin, apricot, grapefruit rind, and hints of alcohol. 4
Taste guava, peach, mandarin, mango, apricot, grapefruit, and is the alcohol is present for sure. 4
Mouthfeel is big, soft carbonation, a little sticky but not dry, and at 10% it goes down pretty easy, but massive flavor. 4
Overall this is really nice, maybe a tad more alcoholic than I would want for the style and ABV, but still nice. 4

Aroma is big piney hops and citrus. The flavor is citrus/fruit, mild syrup/honey, malts and a slightly bland sweet/grapefruit/tropical fruit hop finish.

So at what point are they just going to start serving this at the neighborhood Gymboree? I mean, this thang is more juice than OJ Simpson. Like, no photo shop necessary, this one would make that chick on the pineapple cans blush. I’ll rate this as it stands, but it doesn’t mean that I like it.
