Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Burgundy/purple pour... thick and viscous. No light getting through it.... with significant sediment at the end of the pour. Big foamy purple/pink head... solid lacing.
S: Strong graham cracker and blueberry. Cherry pie.
T.F: Sweet/tart... lots of cherry and blueberry. Graham cracker comes through strong... and the cinnamon is also noticeable. Thick and sticky... medium bodied. Tart cherry and vanilla at the finish.
O: It hits what it's aiming for... as this tastes like a blueberry/cherry pie. Sweet/tart and fruity... solid work.
