Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Viscous opaque lavender/maroon pour. Thick pink-tinged bubbly head... 2 fingers worth. Loads of sediment/lacing.
S: Blueberry pancakes and maple syrup. Fruit/berry.
T.F: Sweet lactose with blueberries and vanilla to start . Modest tartness.... but more sweet than sour. Lighter blackberries and cream. More maple syrup and blueberry at the finish. Thick and smooth bodied. Almost chewy.
O: A delicious milkshake sour/dessert. The maple syrup is a little out of place perhaps, but overall well done. Super drinkable.
