The perfect pastry delight to introduce our “ALL DAY BREAKFAST” series, this velveteen Burgundy bombshell sour brings oceans of blueberries and bananas and beautiful aromatics of vanilla and maple trees. A touch of milk sugar and cream cheese to set the tone.

Pours a beautiful opaque plum with a couple fingers of pink bubbles. After a moment, the head reduces to a thin ring leaving plenty of sudsy lacing.
Aroma is our tart base, banana peels, blueberry, and vanilla. The maple doesn’t show up here.
Taste is tart berry up front, followed by puréed banana. Vanilla follows up in the middle being chased closely by a sweet maple syrup and a smooth creamy finish assisted by both cream cheese and milk sugar.
Feel is silky smooth. Medium carbonation lends a delicious crispness to a very velvety, smoothie like beer. I love it.
