Pours a somewhat dark for the style golden color, not crystal clear. About two inches of white foamy head that falls to a heavy cap, clings well.
Big, doughy/bready malt on the nose with a slight sweetness and light, floral/herbal hops.
The taste has the malt front and center. Bready, ever so slightly sweet. The hops are fairly pronounced, floral and herbal. Grainy, a bit of a grassy note. Finish carries a pretty decent bitterness. A little spiciness on repeated sips.
Light body, dry finish. Fairly pronounced bitterness. Moderately carbed.
I think overall that this is not as good as other so-called Italian pilsner beers. It is not as lively and bright and is a bit less sweet. The hops are a tad aggressive.

Pours a frothy foamy 1 finger head with moderate retention, a bit of lacing, semi clear blonde color but tons of sediment
Nose big doughy malt, some cake batter and a little vanilla, cereal grain, bread dough, light herbal floral hop
Taste starts with more of the doughy malt, bread dough and a little batter, cereal grain, touch of straw, cracker, then hops with very herbal like flavor, a bit grassy and earthy with a med hop bitterness, then getting spicy late, very dry finish with med to higher bitterness spicy and herbal hop finish
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, soft lager, med prickly carb
Overall not bad, decent malt profile, hops get a little unpleasant but not terrible
