Nucleated Tulip
Look: Poured a opaque pastel pink-purple, with a 1.5 finger head which was slimy in a way. Dissipated into a thin cap
Smell: Sweet with underlying citric acid. Vanilla, strawberry, raspberry and blackberries really present in the nose. Smells like strawberry shortcake. Medium strength nose.
Taste: moderate tartness. Tart Blackberry and raspberry with vanilla. Fades way to sweet strawberry, lightly toasted malt and a hint of toasted coconut. Finishes carries the same notes with only the toasty malt to slip away last.
Feel: Light body with a silky smooth texture. Gentle carbonation and a semi-crisp finish
Overall: Perfectly crafted sour. Not too sweet and not too sour.
