Good Brown Ale. The pumpkin and pumpkin spices are nicely done and no prominent enough to make this a pumpkin beer. Poured from a 16 oz. can into a pint glass, this beer featured a fairly dense dark brown color with some reddish highlights coming through when held to a light. Aroma and taste feature mostly bready malt with some pumpkin spices (cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg) and a plentiful amount of pumpkin. It is mostly a malty brown ale but with the pumpkin/spices added to liven things up. Mouthfeel is rich, smooth and malty. The spices are a nice addition to the "feel". A very well done beer.

One of the more unique pumpkin ales I have had to date. This one is a brown ale, and it is roasty like a stout. I have to say this was very much a pumpkin beer that brings me to think to make one myself out of a stout, maybe even a RIS. It was definitely unique and thought-provoking...

September 2024. Hartwell. Very dark smooth beer nice frothy head not very strong pumpkin spice would be nice if it was a little more pronounced. Creamy texture, slight bitterness, but in a good way. What consider getting it again, but don’t expect it to be very pumpkin spice forward.

The pour is russet colored. The taste is pumpkin, some spices maybe clove, cinnamon, or ginger along with some roasted malt on the backend. This was a solid brown ale from one of my favorite Florida breweries. Cheers! A-
