Murky pale gold colored body, with lots of suspended particles. Brief fizzy white head. Leaves behind undulating rings and spots of lacing.
Aroma of lemon, passion fruit, and mango.
Taste is quite tart, with flavors of lemon, lime, mango, passion fruit, pineapple, and orange. Short lasting aftertaste, with some lactic acid.
Medium mouth feel. Slight tooth scraping action. Good carbonation.
This one starts and stays quite tart, and the flavor infusions are impressive.
