Appearance - Pours an orange crush with two fingers of off white head.
Smell - belgian yeast, mango, carrot, spicy hops, bready malts, and sourness from the brett.
Taste - belgian yeast upfront followed quickly into the mango and carrot. The spicy hops, bready malts, and sourness from the brett finish off the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Finishes tart with the mango, carrot, and sourness lingering.
Overall - A interesting wild ale that incorporates carrots and mango in it. It is quite refreshing and crushable. As the can says, a perfect post workout brew.
