Appearance - Pours a hazy gold with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - bold vinous aromas, belgian yeast, white grape juice, citrus and tropical hops, citrus and orange peel, passionfruit, pepper, and bready malts.
Taste - vinous aromas upfront, white grape juice, and belgian yeast upfront. The citrus and tropical hops follow suit. The citrus and orange peel, passionfruit, pepper, and bready malts finish off the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the vinous characteristics and tropical hops and fruits lingering.
Overall - A flavourful Belgian IPA that incorporates Sauvignon Blanc aromas well. A pleasant and engagable brew on this cool day here in Cowtown!
