Appearance - Pours a pale straw with four fingers of frothy white head that leaves some leafy looking lace on the glass.
Smell - citrus and tropical hops, fruity funky brett yeast, mango, citrus and orange peel, lemon, and bready malts.
Taste - citrus and tropical hops upfront then quickly goes into the sourness from the fruity and funky brett yeast. The brew then goes into the mango, citrus and orange peel, and lemon. The bready malts round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes tart and sour with the tropical fruits lingering.
Overall - A pleasant and sessionable brew that boasts a nice balance between the tropical fruits and tart and sour notes from the brett yeast.
