New Year’s Eve beer - dubbed a “champagne IPA”.
Pours a bright hazy apricot colour with 2+ fingers of foamy white head.
The nose is exceptionally juicy with citrus notes, tropical fruit, melon, and a good waft of peach; significantly floral - does have a touch of a grape must/white wine aroma.
Taste follows - juicy peach, pineapple, melon, and a funky grape must at back, punctuated by an astringent floral leafy/weedy hop bitterness.
Light mouthfeel with bubbly brisk carbonation - finishes outstandingly dry with a crisp white wine effect.
