Appearance - Pours an amber gold with four fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - citrus, earthy, floral, and piney hops, light pine resin, grapefruit and citrus peel, peach, papaya, mango, pineapple, and apricot. The brew is finished off by bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast.
Taste - bold citrus, earthy, floral, and piney hops upfront. The pine resin, grapefruit and citrus peel, peach, papaya, mango, pineapple, and apricot come through next. The bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the hops, pine resin, and tropical fruits lingering.
Overall - An interesting TIPA from SYC. This is a nice blend of a West Coast IPA and a New England IPA into one. An interesting tipple for those that are curious.

Clear golden, orange highlighted, pour with two fingers of of fine bubbly just off white head.
Pungent tropical and piney hops on the nose - citrus, papaya, tangerine - underlying bready malts.
Sweet and slightly sticky grainy malt, but hop dominated flavours of tangerine, over ripe orange, tropical fruit with earthy hops and building, but not overpowering, resinous piney bitterness.
Full and mildly sticky mouthfeel - sweet but not cloying - lingering resinous bittersweetness. Nice sipper.
