Appearance - Pours a pale ginger ale gold with three fingers of foamy white head.

Smell - Tropical fruit aromas from the Nelson Sauvin/Motueka hops (gooseberry, peach), hint of lemon and grass, biscuity malts, touch of spicy yeast.

Taste - Bitter tropical fruity hops, followed by a balanced biscuity malt and hints of wheat and grass.

Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Crisp dry finish with a lingering bitterness.

Overall - NZ Pilsners are a favourite of mine and this one can be added to the list of fruity, crisp refreshers. Nicely showcases the Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops. Well done SYC!
