Collaboration with Origin Malting & Brewing Co in Strathmore, Alberta. Listed as a "Cold Red IPA".
Pours a clear amber reddish-bronze colour with a finger plus of tight foamy/bubbly white head.
Aroma of grainy malt, rye bread; citrus - burnt orange, grapefruit - notes of piney earthy hops.
Tastes of herbal, earthy and piney hops; citrus, citrus peel - grainy, gritty and somewhat spicy bready malt with a crisp earthy bitterness.
Medium (light end of medium) mouthfeel with moderately brisk carbonation and a lingering crisp piney bitterness.
