A group of friends joined forces to embark in the journey of cycling the 180 km endurance ride in support of Multiple Sclerosis. With SYC, the team created this label, reflecting the endurance required to complete the route, and ultimately end MS.

Single can - a little aged - canned September 1, 2024.
Slightly cloudy pale straw coloured pour with ample two to three fingers of puffy white head.
Nose is floral, herbal, and crackery, some honey with citrus - lemon, lemon grass, and a whiff of sulphur early. Did pick up a bit of pine off the head, and at one point a brief aroma of Mr Clean.
Up front grassy on the palate; cracker, lemon, and again a bit floral with an earthy, leafy and slightly herbal bitterness.
Light mouthfeel with average carbonation - ends crisp with a pleasantly dry finish.
This changed significantly as it warmed - at points was very good but with a few bumps that were not my favourite along the way.
