Single can from the brewery.
Bright hazy golden - pineapple juice-esque - with two fingers of tight foamy white head.
Nose of citrus, a bit of pine and tropical fruit - like a citrus forward Five Alive. As warms a touch of dankness appears.
Tastes of sweet citrus, pineapple and grapefruit up front with a pithy citrus/grapefruit bitterness mid palate that carries to the finish - a tiny hint of hop burn at the back.
Solid medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation and a little bit of lingering pithy citrus peel bitterness.
Not at all bad - seems to walk the line between hazy and American IPA (they call it the latter) - the pithy bitterness slightly overwhelms the juicy sweetness.
