Amai is a Belgian expression of surprise - like “Wow!” One sip of this beer and you’ll see why. Smooth caramel and grainy notes lead to a sweet, candy-like finish.

Single can from brewery - packaged September 11, 2025.
Pours a clear bronze golden leaning to amber with a half finger of slightly tawny coloured head.
Aroma is fruity with notes of apple, candy sugar, caramel and a tiny hint of acetone and perfume character.
Taste is sweet with fruity esters, apple, pear, some caramel and a touch of herbal hop with minimal bitterness.
Sweet medium full mouthfeel with average carbonation and a slightly sweet boozy finish.
Ok, if not my favourite.
