Bald Birds Brewing Co. "Tumble Tree"
on tap at the brewery on 20 April 2019
Notes: American pale ale at 5.7% ABV. Slightly hazy golden body beneath a standard-sized head of bright white. Better than average head retention and lacing. The aroma is floral and citrusy. The flavor is fuller with notes of sweetish and bready malt, citrus (orange, lemon, grapefruit), melon, and grassiness. A moderate bitterness balances it and leads it to a short, dry finish. Medium to medium-light in body and crisp.

On draft at the brewery, 16 oz glass. Menu indicates two row and Pilsner malt, wheat, and hopped with German Mandarina Bavaria and Herbrucker hops
hazy dark yellow in color, white head. aroma is moderate grapefruit hop aroma, with wheat. taste has a bit too much of the wheat for my liking. to me more of a wheat beer than a pale ale. moderate bitterness, thin to medium bodied.
