Bald Birds Brewing Co. "Trusting Things"
on tap at the brewery on 20 April 2019
As I feel it's unnecesary I won't go too far into this beer other than to say that it's a standard American pale ale. It's basically a Sierra Nevada pale ale clone. That should tell you everything you need to know. The malt is clean and bright, it's perfectly balanced, and the Cascade hops are clear. It's very well done, but interestingly enough, not their best beer.

Very refreshing pale ale. The amount of bitterness is perfect to compliment the citrus notes. Had on draft at the brewery. Highly recommend!

on draft at the brewery, in a pint glass
I assume by the way it's listed on the menu that this is an on-going series of single hop pale ales.
clear, dark golden color, foamy white head. That classic American C hop aroma and flavors - pine, citrus, grassy. enough malt flavor to hold it up. medium bitterness. thin to medium bodied.
