Poured into a grip shaped goblet: color is hazy, opaque straw gold, dense looking with a solid top head that presents 1+ fingers thick with small bubbles; head lingers well and leaves some nice lacing.
Smell is off at first with a slight funkiness, then settles into a mixed tropicals, pineapple, and citrus pith with mixed bread/biscuit wheatiness, with warmth some cattiness and light onion.
Taste is similar without the odd funk - mixed tropicals, pineapple heavy, citrus pith, lighter juiciness, mixed malt and oat/wheat biscuit/bready note.
Mouthfeel is low carbonation, thick fullness, on the bitter side for an NEIPA.
Overall a muddled NEIPA thats a bit thick and sweet and bitter.
