I'm trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured a slightly hazy golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had subtle bitter citrus fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright semi sweet malt base with bitter citrus fruit peel presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Poured into shaker pint: color is hazy straw gold, head is frothy and off white, head presents 1 finger thick, top lingers solid, lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is subdued with light malt, toast, then citric and earth hop aroma.
Taste is similar with malt notes of toast, light honey, hint of caramel, intermixed with citric pith and earth and pine.
Mouthfeel is low/moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, lingering bitterness.
Overall a hazy pale ale with moderate malt flavor with a slightly pithy bitter feel.

opaque dark yellow color, white head. generic New England style Pale Ale - fruity hop aroma, sweeter taste, softer mouthfeel. But there is a bit of hop burn in the finish which is off putting.
