A hazy, crisp, unfiltered American Pale Ale. At first glance, this beer’s soft, translucent haze and light frothy head might trick you into thinking it’s a witbier. Then you sniff and get the piney resinous aroma that only American hops can deliver. The haze tells of this beer’s fuller mouthfeel, which upholds the hoppiness, and it’s all balanced by a flaky, cracker malt finish. This pale ale brings it home.

Opaque pale yellow-tan with a white bubbly collar.
Smell is peppery oats, wheat and a sharp yeast sting.
Taste starts oaty as well, with a medium-full, frothy bubbly body featuring mild but drinkable flavors of refreshing citrus, mint and dank onion, finishing semi-dry to chewy.
