Lightly foggy ruby red with a thin, bubbly pink chain.
This is perfectly sour with some splintery, peppery oak, really nice raspberry and an almost spicy, herbal blackberry. A tingly tartness runs through the medium body with an effervescent, semi-dry swallow. As I warm up to it, I also get some light red wine tannins and a good, mild hay and barnyard funk.
This is surprisingly well made and complex for such a young brewery.
