Foggy burnt orange with a thin head dying to nothing but a slick fluid surface.
This seems like a simple tart beer at first but becomes more complex after the carbonation expands and swallows paper dry. I can taste the wine oak and tannin, but it's mild while avoiding any overly sour acidity. On top of the apricot, the medium-full body also features pear, apple, grape and black pepper.
Very nice complexity while also easy drinking.
