Opaque pastel red with a dense short blanket that persists a while at the same level before settling to a creamy ring.
Creamily fizzy, the firm medium body delivers juicy berries with a little herbal spice and a touch of tart lemon backed by faint shortbread finishing tingly semi-dry. It's pretty damn quenchable and chuggable.
Really, it tastes a lot like some Urban Artifact tarts, which is nothing but a compliment.
