Our Bohemian Czech Pilsner, "Bo Pils" for short, is our interpretation of the classic style. Slightly sweet and slightly bitter... totally crushable.

Lightly foggy straw gold, yet also lightly sparkling, with a level, moderate white caviar head.

This crusher has a good floral bite to its nice round body as a soft, fine carbonation lifts a little bready toast before finishing just dry.

I did not detect any flaws from the draft we had this October, and would take this over Miller Lite in a heartbeat, which isn't a knock on either brew. It's slightly more complex and bitter, and easy to pound.

Super light straw colors. Faint corn like macro lager smells amidst earthy hops.
I'm digging the smell albeit VERY faint and weak.

Taste and feel become as watery and depthless as can be.

I try SO HARD to like birdfish and patronize them so much more than my history with them merits but SO MANY of their beers are just craft less missed. This is one of them. I really want to like this local brewery and some of their beers are downright stellar. Their sours are always worth trying and although most of the ipas I've had from them have been bad, their recent offering of "dope" was excellent.

I really hope they can get some consistently with brewing new and different beers in the future because I want to continue to support them.
