Chill fogged burnt yellow with a moderate white foam head.
This has a very distinctly floral bitterness and a minor biscuit malt backing.
The softly round yet full body comes to a thirst stimulating semi-dry finish.

So I rated this one 4.5 across the board - usually when I do that its because I'm just "ticking" it as an overall 4.5 (or whatever the score).
This beer I carefully looked at, whiffed, tasted, felt, and concluded that all were 4.5. A pretty remarkable score for a pilsner really. These guys have come SO far from a brewery I turned my nose up to to one that I love. I'm super fortunate to be in their region and love how they balance what they brew between trendy (ahem neipa) and classic offerings (pilseners, smoked beers, actual wcIPA's).
Prob my third favorite brewery out of Ohio which is saying a LOT to follow behind fatheads and then Columbus. Would LOVE to see a classic style collab with these guys!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
