Absolutely love the other unpasteurized Kasztelan, for me it's probably the best value beer in the world, at around 55 pence for a 500ml bottle.
This one is similar though a different colour, plus it seems to have won some kind of award. I think this one also has wheat in or something...
Proper looking in glass, with a real and very smooth head, not bubbly like so many beers.
Wheat is fairly obvious in the aroma, there is also lots of sweet cameralized banana peel. Not a huge fan...
Taste is very bananaey. F you spell checker, it's a word, I just created it. No doubt this is a highly complex beer with lots of taste sensation and very alive yeasties. However, for me it's too bananaey and sweet, I much prefer their one without the wheat. Still, it's very well made, great value and highly complex, the man with the scroll and silly hat can be proud of himself
