I tried this beer at the brewery with HomeBrew as part of a four sample flight. It poured a clear copper with very thin white ring head that did not leave any lace. The scent had crisp malt and subtle bittering hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with light crisp malt base and subtle dry bitter hop finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great steam beer and applaud that Gulf Stream had a steam beer available.
