Can from beer mule Watsonville.
About 3 months old.
L: clear amber wcipa look. Slight haze. Fluffy head.
S: lemons, oranges, pine.
T: pine, pepper, biscuit, citrus. Unpleasant lingering bitterness that coats the mouth.
F: medium slick.
Overall: just doesn’t come together well. Looks great on paper. I don’t think the age is the culprit.
