SHIPA - Single Hop IPA
The Jackass hill - One eyed Jack SHIPA Series is an IPA style brewed with only a single variety of Hops all throughout the brewing process.
In this specialty brew we use a "Colorado specific" hop variety called "Zoso".
Offering an IPA in this fashion we hope to help craft beer fans isolate the flavor & aroma profiles that spark their interest.
This particular recipe contains all Colorado ingredients.
