On tap near Zion National Park, in a shaker...not much head, clear yellow gold. Hits the spot very nicely on a hot day in late March. Nice flaked corn comes through well....the malt, all things considered, is really nice, especially in a cold lager. Not a whole lot going on, in terms of taste, but nothing off. More smooth and almost creamy than crisp in feeling, but for the abv, a substantial body.

L:. Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow with a very large foamy white head and spotty lacing on the glass.
S:. A very strong apple aroma, a touch of corn chip and a strong floral hop, the apple seems a bit odd here.
T:. Toasted grain and corn, a touch of apple but not nearly as strong as the aroma and then finishes fairly hoppy for the style. Taste is nicer than the aroma.
F:. Light crisp and easy drinking.
O:. Overall this is a decent Mexican lager.

12 oz. can from the brewery store. Pours clear gold with a medium white head. Aroma: pilsner malt, cracker, bread. Taste is pretty much the same, mild hop bitterness in the finish. A pretty good Mexican lager, very drinkable.
