On tap at the delicious Thai Sapa just outside Zion NP. Solid amber ale.

Canned 4.13.23
$1.67/12oz can from brewery direct
Poured at fridge temp into a willi glass
Pours a near ruby red with a half finger tan head. Slight lacing that fades after a bit. 4.25
Extra candy-like toffee and pine aroma with some earthy hops as well. 4.25
Taste follows, pine seems very fresh and hops take on a more herbaceous flavor. 4.25
Body is light and perhaps thin, but I enjoy easier drinking beers over syrupy ones. 4
Overall a pretty and really good amber I'm happy to have 5 more of and will buy again once I make the 4 hour drive south again. 4.25

T:. Sweet caramel and toffee followed by a sweet cereal malt, very malty and not a lot of hop.
F:. Medium body and medium carbonation.
O:. Solid amber but nothing to write home about.
