6/30/25 - (Draft - Ellis Island Front Yard) (Las Vegas, Nevada) Bartender Discussion: 16 oz Comped draft pour. Bartender estimates 5.0%, Kolsch, name just Silver Reef Kolsch.
Appearance: Clear golden tan base, light carbonation fades to a trickle, creamy bright white head leaves razor thin lacing and cover over base. 3.75
Aroma: Nice but light biscuit cracker aroma, slight pepper, no salt. 3.5
Taste: Consistent with aroma, perhaps lighter taste wise. Bland cracker, perhaps saltine sans salt. 2.75
Mouthfeel: Negligible carbonation, drinks very light. Hoppy, though not much flavor beyond bland cracker, or the unleavened bread I tried once as a guest at a Passover dinner. 3.0
Overall: They don’t know what this is, I’m not sure what this is beyond a bland Kolsch. Will finish but not return to this selection, or order any other seasonal here the bartender or online page has no information. 2.75
