Peach Wobbler

Pours opaque orange with a finger of foam quickly fizzing away to a thin ring. Nose is peach, cinnamon, graham cracker, vanilla, and tart beer. Taste follows suit, finishing slightly acidic and tart. Feel is crisp but full. Overall; excellent.

Served in a snifter, on tap at 7 Monks in Grand Rapids.

A: This looks incredible, like a mimosa, it’s a hazy, opaque orange-ish, peach color, it really looks like beer blended with orange juice.
S: Wow this is tropical, mangoes, papaya, sugary, oranges, it really smells like fresh citrus fruits laying out in the open sun (but not a rotting smell).
T: Very tropical, fruity, mangoes, oranges, lemons, with a tang of sour and bitterness
M: Full bodied, crisp, thick and fruity, kind of makes me think of Smooge.
O: This was a wonderful and interesting beer, it really was like a beer fermented with peach cobbler and fruits in it. Recommend it to any beer aficionado.
