as a translation meaning irish strong and looks and pours and smells like a euro dark lager that is a bit on the sweet ended side. color is cherry dark brown clear with an off white head that doesn't stay around for long. nose is dextrose and toastiness. a tad bready but nothing to give it a defining yeast ale characteristic. hard to tell if there is anything. feel is quite lean... beer is too fowardly sweet and watery. palate of sugar, and apple pie. a lingering sweet and now bitter to be seen anywhere.
