Bottle somewhere in Poland. My memory escapes me. From notes.
A - Poured a dark brown/ruby colour with a ring of head, no visible carbonation and no retention or lacing.
S - Tons of caramel. Very much like a little wrapped caramel. Some. Smells pretty sweet but quite nice.
T - Caramel is there but alot less than the aroma. A little sour. Nowhere near the aroma. Weaker for sure and less pleasing.
M - Dry finish after a mild dose of carbonation and a medium body.
O/D - Meh. Smelt good but was fairly weak. Not an offensive taste, just seemed to be too weak to stand up to the aroma which was pretty nice. OK stuff.

this is a small brewer from dionizos radom that was brewed at krajan
a bock which seems to be a bit too astringent to be drinkable but actually quite sufficent when fresh out the bottle. it looks proper amber. no lace and the head doesn't maintain. nose of dextrose and plum with a palate that is a bit more leathery and mineral quality. its has a woody nose to all this seems to separate with the body. thin, overly sweet and no carbonation after a bit.
