My wife and I visited Fábrica da Picaria today while trying to escape the rain here in Porto. They had 7 beers plus a guest cider on tap when we visited, with styles including Kölsch, Belgian IPA, session IPA, APA, hefeweizen, and stout. I had the Kölsch and Belgian IPA, which were both decent, but not particularly spectacular.
The space is super cool, kind of industrial, with breweriana up on the walls. There's a small bar in front with more space in the back and a quasi-outdoor patio area (thankfully, on a day like today, this is covered). In the back area you can see the brewhouse and there are fermenters out front-and-center -- cool!
Service is friendly and I didn't have any trouble ordering a beer even without speaking any Portuguese.
