Having this beer on tap at the brewery, this beer draws a fairly cloudy/hazy medium light color with a nice white head that’s about an thick inch thick when first drawn and served. Good head retention and nice lacing. Aromas of some bready malts, wheat, banana and clove, and a slight touch of bubblegum. A very similar flavor profile, with the aforementioned bready malts and wheat followed by hints of banana and clove and a slight touch of bubblegum. Pretty spot on for the flavor profile. Has a medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish, And the flavors that do linger nicely on my palate for a while after each sip. An enjoyable and refreshing beer on this hot summer day.
