Well here's a good thing - someone added this brew (but nobody has reviewed it) - I did not have to add it. Here's another, it was canned May the 4th (be with you) - I bought it on the 8th, so perfect freshness, the way the style should be. It was pretty reasonably priced. And it's good. So a bunch of good things to start things off! Oh, it's from the neighborhood I lived in when I was a young teen (in the 60's and early 70's). We are so fortunate to have such a strong local brewing scene.
It pours a deep golden color with plenty of head and lacing. It's hazy, as advertised, but it does not appear to be faked haze. The aroma grows on you, It's a bit funky and stanky smelling, as usual for New England style AIPA's. The taste lives up to that funky smell with over the top hoppy bitterness and a dry, non-malty taste. The finish is pleasant and it produces a good tasting burp.
Recommended. I see some Wing Walkers in their beer list - I would avoid those (the old local Wing Walkers were not very good, and this may be the same thing), but this IPA is worthwhile.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
