Having this beer on tap at the Brewery, this beer draws a fairly a clear, medium golden color with a fluffy white head that's about 2/3 of an inch thick when first poured that settles to a very thick surface coating and excellent lacing. Aromas of some bready malts and some slightly bready malts along with an herbal spice note along with some dill pickle. A very similar flavor of profile, with bready malts along with some herbal grassy spice and dill pickle that adds just a bit of sourness. The flavor profile is exactly the same, and for my palate anyways, there is no discernible hop flavor here at all. I do wish the dill pickle note was a bit more pronounced in the flavor profile, it is simply too subtle for me. Has a crisp come out so smooth, light to medium body mouth feels like tomorrow at carbonation. Has a clean finish, a nice refreshing beer on a hot summer day, but not quite what I was hoping for from the description from the brewery.
