Brewed in Poland using English hops, looking forward. Most Polish IPA's have an amazing aroma though lack the freshness of an American or English IPA.
Quite a bubbly head, and deep reddish brown colour. Aroma is quite weak for an IPA, some apricottyness though not much...there's also brown maltiness and caramel.
Toffee, biscut and caramel come through on the taste, as is typical for an English style IPA. I think this has both barley and wheat...the wheat adds a bananaey sweetness and heaviness. Personally I prefer pure barley malt...
I much prefer West Coast IPA's, though this one is still pretty good! However, it needs more hops and less wheat...the wheat overpowers the taste too much and makes it taste more French or Polish as opposed to English or like an IPA.
