Poured from a brown 16.9 oz. bottle. Has a very dark brown color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of dark breads, roasted malts, molasses. Taste is the same as the aroma. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is an enjoyable beer.

Anstadt Dark beer from Poland is in a unique swing top bottle with porcelain cap that goes “pop” when released. An opaque brown pour with sudsy beige head is presented. Chocolate meets peanut butter fragrance is appealing, so too a smooth wet flavor, well received. The roasted malts, easily ingested. Mouthfeel No problem. As with any bottle holding 500 ml, the 5% abv seems higher, making this and enjoyable brew. Wet finish.
