A very nicely made lager with a delightful aroma of hops, a touch of honey and summer grasses. I drank it straight from the bottle so I can't speak to the color. The taste was more on a mild malty/honey side, it's not a crisp lager/Pilsner. But it's delightful and pleasant.
Worthy.

A bit of overfoaming on upening the swing stoppered bottle (neat to see one of these again), but little loss. Poured into a Seattle beer week glass. Pours a medium golden amber with coppery notes and a fine, three finger white head with great retention and solid lacing. Aroma of biscuit malt, grassy and citrus hops, overripe orange and stone fruit and mixed grain; quite malty. Flavor is biscuit malt, grassy and lightly citrus hops, lemon, mixed grain, a touch of honey a little floral hop character in the finish. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. Fits the Dormunder taste profile, with some pilsner hop character, but a more dense and slightly sweet malt bill. The taste is a little mellow after the somewhat full bodied aroma, but with an interesting hop profile that is mostly noble hops, but with a little citrus. I'm guessing this is an attempt to bring some North Americna hop flavor into a traditional style and it works pretty well. Refreshing and pleasant. I've found the Polish breweries are quite reliable for well made traditional styles that may sometimes are tweaked a little. Glad I tried this one.
