500ml brown bottle with swing top. No dating information found.
Clear with a slight haze, medium amber colored body. One finger of off white colored head, and this sticks around as a full cap. Leaves behind some short lacing strings.
Aroma of tangy wheat malt and sour prune/raisin, plus sweet apple.
Taste is sweet and tangy. Flavors of wheat malt, apple juice, raisin/prune, lemon, and bit of banana ester. Aftertaste revels in the fruit esters.
More than medium mouthfeel. Creamy texture. Bitterness is low but there is some sourness. Good carbonation.

Poured from the bottle into a pokal style glass.
Murky brown with a real beautiful soft capped white top of about three fingers. Kind of looks like shaving foam almost but more bubbly even at this fine size.
Interesting aroma. Quite a wild ester on here of homebrew like malt and faint apple juice sensations. Sticky sensations, faint touches of caramel also, but with a fruitier sweetness that dominates.
This is surprisingly, weak. Watery body, with at least some base flavors that barely stay present. Touches light lemon with a faint dry husky malt, but comes with exceptional dry and tannic flavors, in a strange wet body. There's a unique fruit profile to this, hints of apple, pear skin, and even some banana like quality mixing in.
A very unique beer, but for a wheat beer has hardly any body at all unfortunately which takes away a lot of the pleasure and enjoyment to drink.

Poured into a weizen glass. Pours a hazy, medium golden orange with a fine, two finger white head that dissipates slowly to a thick cap. Aroma of wheat, wheat husks, barley malt; interesting. Flavor is wheat, light mixed grain, lemon and a touch of banana; mild tartness and husky grain in the finish. Medium bodied with moderate creaminess. An interesting take on a wheat beer. It's definitely not a German weizen nor hefe, but maltier and more full flavored than an American pale wheat. The wheat start is pleasant with a little lemon common to wheat beers and there a wisps of banana from the yeast, but there is a more malty character than usual (and an unexpected concentrated malt component to the aroma that was not as clear in the taste). The finish is a little uneven, with a pleasant wheat and mixed grain character, but a quite tart with a light astringency. Solid wheat, but a unique flavor profile.
